Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the LuxPadel platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by SOMOS LUXPADEL S.C.P.

2. Registration and user account

To use the Platform, the user must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. The following is prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Interfering with the operation of the Platform
• Accessing other users' accounts without authorisation
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes

4. Payments, registrations and refunds

• Registration requires payment of the published price, shown in euros (€), at the time of registration. Once payment is confirmed you obtain your place in the tournament and receive an email confirmation — this is the service provided.
• Cancellation & refund policy: (a) cancellation 7 or more days before the tournament start date → full refund; (b) cancellation less than 7 days before the start date → 50% refund; (c) once registration has closed, registrations are non-refundable.
• To request a cancellation or refund, write to info@luxpadel.pro. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
• Payments are processed securely through the Redsys gateway (Santander/Getnet). We accept Visa and Mastercard.

5. Intellectual property

All Platform content (texts, images, logos, source code) is the property of SOMOS LUXPADEL S.C.P. or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified to users with reasonable advance notice.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts and tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.

10. Sporting organization of the competition

The organization reserves the right to adjust category composition to ensure competitive balance and the smooth running of the tournament. This includes reassigning a pair to a category other than the one chosen at registration (based on accredited level, previous results or available spots), merging or splitting under-subscribed categories, and adjusting draws and schedules. Any category change will be notified by email to the affected players. If the pair disagrees, they may request cancellation of the registration with a full refund of the amount paid, provided the tournament has not started.
